1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in RAAH - Journey to Her programs operated by Grimbell Business Solutions LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

2.1 Available Programs

a) Radiant Express Workshop

  • Duration: 1 month

  • Format: 8 live online sessions

  • Coach: Shipra

  • Price: ₹15000 (Fifteen Thousand Rupees)

  • Access to recordings: 3 months

b) Udaan Express Mastermind

  • Duration: 3 months

  • Format: 12 live online sessions + LMS courses

  • Coach: Shipra

  • Price: ₹1,50,000 (One Lakh Fifty Thousand Rupees)

  • Access to recordings and LMS: 6 months

2.2 Program Objectives

Our programs are designed to help Indian women overcome mental stuckness, gain life clarity through mindfulness practices, and personal development coaching.

3. ENROLLMENT AND ELIGIBILITY

3.1 Eligibility

  • Programs are exclusively for women

  • Participants must be 18 years or older

  • Must have reliable internet connection for online sessions

  • Payment of full program fee required for enrollment

3.2 Enrollment Process

  • Complete registration form with accurate information

  • Make payment as per selected payment plan

  • Receive program confirmation and access details

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Program Fees

  • Total fee: ₹1,50,000 per seat (Udaan Express Mastermind) / ₹15000 per seat (Radiant Express Workshop)

  • Payment methods: Razorpay accepted payment options

  • Payment plans: Two-part payment option available

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Payment must be completed as per agreed schedule

  • Failure to make payments may result in program access suspension

  • All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes

4.3 Currency and Pricing

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)

  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice

  • Current participants are protected from price changes during their program

5. PROGRAM DELIVERY

5.1 Online Sessions

  • Sessions conducted via Zoom platform

  • Live sessions as per program schedule

  • Session recordings provided for future reference

  • LMS access provided for applicable programs

5.2 Technical Requirements

  • Stable internet connection required

  • Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

  • Zoom application installed and updated

  • Quiet environment recommended for sessions

5.3 Technical Issues

  • If technical issues prevent session delivery for more than 30 minutes, the session will be rescheduled

  • Participants responsible for their own technical setup and internet connectivity

  • Alternative access methods will be provided when possible

6. PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

6.1 Attendance and Participation

  • Regular attendance required for optimal results

  • Active participation in sessions and assignments

  • Completion of LMS courses (where applicable)

  • Respectful behavior towards coach and other participants

6.2 Information Accuracy

  • Provide accurate personal and contact information

  • Update information as needed during program duration

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

6.3 Program Materials

  • Use program materials solely for personal development

  • Do not share, distribute, or resell program content

  • Respect intellectual property rights

7. CANCELLATION POLICY

7.1 Mid-Program Cancellation

  • Mid-program cancellation is NOT ALLOWED

  • Once the program begins, participants cannot cancel for any reason

  • No refunds will be provided for mid-program cancellations

  • This policy applies to both payment installments

7.2 Pre-Program Cancellation

  • Cancellations allowed up to 7 days before program start date

  • Full refund provided for pre-program cancellations

  • Processing fee of ₹2,000 may be deducted

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Ownership

  • All program content, materials, and recordings are owned by Grimbell Business Solutions LLP

  • Session recordings remain property of the Company

  • Participants receive limited license for personal use only

8.2 Usage Restrictions

  • No recording, copying, or distribution of sessions

  • No sharing of login credentials or program access

  • Violation may result in immediate program termination

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

9.1 Program Disclaimer

  • RAAH programs are mindfulness and personal development coaching programs

  • NOT medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment

  • Not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care

  • Participants should consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns

9.2 Results Disclaimer

  • Individual results may vary significantly

  • No guarantee of specific outcomes or achievements

  • Success depends on individual commitment and application

  • Coach Shipra's guidance is based on personal development principles, not medical advice

9.3 Limitation of Liability

  • Company liability limited to program fee paid

  • Not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Participant assumes responsibility for their own decisions and actions

10. CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

10.1 Participant Confidentiality

  • Information shared during sessions may be confidential

  • Participants must respect privacy of others

  • Group session discussions should remain confidential

10.2 Data Usage

  • Personal information used as per Privacy Policy

  • Session recordings may be shared with other program participants

  • Marketing usage requires separate consent

11. CODE OF CONDUCT

11.1 Expected Behavior

  • Respectful communication with coach and participants

  • No harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior

  • Constructive participation in program activities

  • Professional conduct during all interactions

11.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Sharing program content externally

  • Disruptive behavior during sessions

  • Violation of other participants' privacy

  • Any illegal or unethical conduct

11.3 Violations

  • Warning for minor violations

  • Immediate termination for serious violations

  • No refund for termination due to code of conduct violations

12. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS

12.1 Schedule Changes

  • Company may modify session schedules with reasonable notice

  • Alternative dates/times will be provided when possible

  • Participants will be notified of any changes

12.2 Content Updates

  • Program content may be updated for improvement

  • Core program structure remains consistent

  • Participants benefit from content enhancements

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Company is not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, technical failures, or other unforeseeable events.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Grimbell Business Solutions LLP regarding the RAAH programs.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

By enrolling in RAAH programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
