2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY OVERVIEW

3. RESULTS-BASED REFUND GUARANTEE
3.1 Eligibility Criteria
A full refund will be provided if a participant meets ALL of the following requirements:
For Radiant Express Workshop:

Attended all 8 live sessions or watched recordings within access period

Completed all assignments and exercises provided

Applied program teachings as instructed
-
Did not achieve satisfactory personal results as subjectively determined
For Udaan Express Mastermind:

Attended all 12 live sessions or watched recordings within access period

Completed all LMS courses and modules
-
Completed all assignments and exercises provided

Applied program teachings as instructed
-
Did not achieve satisfactory personal results as subjectively determined
3.2 Results Assessment

Results evaluation is subjective and based on participant's self-assessment

Participants must demonstrate genuine effort and full program completion
-
Evidence of program completion must be provided (attendance records, assignment submissions)

Coach assessment may be considered in evaluation
3.3 Claim Timeline

Refund claims must be submitted within 7 days of program completion
-
Late claims will not be considered

Program completion date is the date of the final scheduled session
4. PRE-PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
4.1 Before Program Start

Full refund available up to 7 days before program start date

Processing fee of ₹2,000 may be deducted

5. MID-PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY

If Company experiences technical issues preventing program delivery for more than 30 minutes, session will be rescheduled
